The India Playbook also drops fortnightly (both will hit your inbox every alternate week). This newsletter is about the complexity of India and what it takes to succeed here. Here’s what to expect -

  1. The first ten editions analyzed the atypical structure of the Indian market - the market looks attractive but requires patience and nuance. (e.g, One Country, Four Markets, Rich India Poor Indians)

  2. All editions after these decode live ‘category of one’ strategies - when a business does not compete to be better, instead reframes the entire category. (e.g. Traya, Cult Fit and Phool)
