This is wonderful Rashi. I learned a few things today. Thank you.

The word community itself has a strong feeling of being there for someone when needed.

Nike also created communities who love running right.

The problem here, with our brands or managers who handle them are they don’t listen when you say something they don’t know, yet. And they are unwilling to try something new. As you have mentioned these things can be done only the top men from the brand side get involved directly and also make sure the community is equally benefitted than leaving a feeling that they are ‘used’.
