thanks. currently i am handling a client, who is the category leader. But copycats have started emerging offering similar services. Now I can tell him what should he do, next. thanks to you 🙏🏻

While the Tata tea example is clearly around brand-storytelling, the other two - Spotify and Domino's - they seem to be more like product offering tweaks than brand-story. What am I missing? Ability to create a feature where your curation is better than other aggregators is a product improvement. Ability to deliver hot pizza fast is a product improvement. No?
